Dr. Tayler was very professional, gentle, and informative. Every appointment went smoothly, without a long wait time. The office staff was very helpful and caring. I really appreciate the follow up phone call after my procedure.
I was very anxious for my first visit, Dr. Taylor is awesome and a perfectionist. I immediately felt comfortable as his office is beautiful and calming. I need crowns, cleaning, a referral for a root canal, possible partial or implant. His staff was incredible helping me with all my uncoming steps to take. I am 70 years old and had much dental work done. Please know Dr. Taylor is a top notch lucky to have dentist with the staff to match. Thank-you
Dr Taylor's dental skills are the best I have experienced. He has corrected mistakes made by previous dentist. His staff is excellent. I feel informed and cared for throughout my procedures. I have complete confidence in their expet care.
Dr. Taylor does not appreciate caring for a patient who questions him. When I was unsure of the need for me to wear a dental splint and it's effectiveness, plus other practices he was recommending, he grew very impatient with my questions. He then abruptly told me that he did not have time for me, that I asked too many questions and did not trust him, so he was terminating my care as his patient. Dr. Taylor's receptionist, Lori is rude and disrespectful. Everytime I've called I've received the same treatment. I've been going to Dr. Taylor for years, but she is unbearable. I felt very welcomed when the previous office gentleman was there. Because of her treatment and sarcasm I find myself searching for a new dentist.
The staff here is weird and bad.
Dr Alberto Taylor is an excellent dentist with a fantastic staff! Dr Taylor is passionate about dental and personal health, and I know I'm in good hands under his care. I was grinding my teeth in my sleep and even while studying, I couldn't concentrate or sleep well until he made me a custom night guard, worth every penny even as a broke college student. He also makes beautiful 3D printed crowns that only require 1 visit instead of 2! I highly recommend Dr Taylor and his wonderful staff.
