I find Taylor to be very competent, knowledgeable, well organized, Strategic, attentive, and true to his word. I would not hesitate for a minute to work with him in the future and know he will be very successful in any endeavor he chooses to attack. I am not one that typically writes negative reviews. I believe social media and Google should be used to accentuate the good, but this guy was so inappropriate and unprofessional that I just had to say something. He is one of those bottom feeders that just sits and calls on expired listings. After asking him very politely 3 or 4 times to please stop calling me, he just wouldnāt stop. If you give this guy your listing, just know he will definitely repel most potential buyers. It was straight up harassment!Ā
Can not recommend working with Taylor enough. He made the whole process incredibly simple, easy and straight forward. Within 4 days of meeting him we already had 4 homes toured and offer made. Closed on the property in under a month. Taylor gets my full recommend for your real estate needs.Ā
Iāve had a For Sale by Owner on the market and Taylor has been a great help for me. His willingness to give advice about having the interior painted and also have an open house for me which produced a buyer, was amazing. Be presents himself well and is very kind. If I decided to list it with a realtor, I would definitely consider him.Ā
