I've been to Dr. Ozgen's office about a dozen times since I got sick in 10/2014. I remain undiagnosed & my health has been rapidly declining the past 6 months. I've had many diagnostic labs at another hospital. Those medical records were shared with his office in the past by fax. I spent several days last week creating a flow chart of the records in hopes Dr. might recognize a pattern. Ansa called and said I didn't know you were writing your own medical records. Extremely disheartening!!
