This review is reflective of the optical department. I had a visit with Dr Tayani a few years ago and had wonderful experience. Front desk teams are also very friendly and resourceful. For the optical dept though, it is by far the worst experience I had with optical services. I first ordered the glasses on July 17. Today is Sep 17 and I finally “settled” cause I’m just done with their service. BE CAREFUL everyone please read to the end before having any surgery with this Peter Joson . He talks in a very low voice and very fast so you can not catch every single word he's saying or even hear what he's saying. I had surgery with him ended by a disaster it's been year and six month now I'm suffering from chronic nerve pain in my eye after surgery and he didn't do anything about it. I have been a long‑time patient of Dr. Peter Joson for about 13–14 years. As someone living with glaucoma and severe dry eye disease, my daily life has become increasingly challenging as my vision declines. Facility was very clean and quiet. Facility wise , I really like . And the optometrist Rudolph Alanis was very attentive, dependable. I am very satisfied with the optometrist.
