Let me be clear—I did not receive nail services here, but I’m leaving this one-star review based on their lack of professionalism and false advertising. The sign says “walk-ins welcome,” but when I arrived at 1 PM, they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate any walk-ins at all. What made it worse was the communication. The staff assumed I didn’t understand Spanish and had another customer speak on their behalf, even after I clearly showed I could communicate in Spanish. Espectacular salon ,el servicio muy profesional ,buen trato ,calidad y rapidez en el servicio ,llevo 2 años arreglandome con las muchachas ,todas muy agradables ,100 % recomendado ,la dueña del salon super atenta ,very nice ,un detalle muy importante y que las hace exclusivas es el trato personalizado sobre todo a las personas mayores ,llevé a mi mama (80 años)para que la atendieran y quedó encantada
