I had a disappointing experience with this taxtralia. From the start, communication was unreliable, and trying to get hold of him was frustrating. Despite my efforts to send all the necessary documents to make the process smoother, there were constant delays. While he eventually completed my tax return, the lack of trust and reliability throughout the process left a lot to be desired.
