If you’re looking to do ur taxes do not come here, especially with Ken. Beside being over priced for the work he gets the estimates wrong.
Ken and Brent are easy to work with and they have always done a great job with our taxes.
I am absolutely disappointed in TaxStar (Ken and Brent). After many years of doing my taxes, they are no longer whom I will go to for them. They made a mistake on my taxes last year which cost me $900 (that are now being taken out of my 2023 taxes smh), that I have to pay back to the IRS. PLUS, I didn't receive them until December!! I have emailed them to see what "WE" could do about it, still giving them the benefit of the doubt, but NOPE, they have completely ghosted me.
