This company manages my FSA account. I am repeatedly harassed via e-mail and have had my card shut off twice now, because they want documentation. It doesn't matter that they have limited the card to health care related transactions, it doesn't matter that I only use a single provider for my health care and prescriptions, it doesn't matter that it's impossible to use the card for anything except it's intended purpose, they still want documentation. Very unpleasantn to work with. Communication is always one way....if customer does not initiate communication nothing gets done. I do not recommend.
