This place is a total scam . They ignored my file for months . Filed an extension witout my approval . Stated they would help me resolve my tax issues and did everything but help . Tax Quotes made me feel at ease for them to do my taxes for me when they should have been easy for me to do. I did drag my feet, but once all the information was on their desk, everything was quick. They did four years of taxes to catch me up-to-date. Within a week, I had my taxes. I want to thank ***** * ******* You're the best.

Tax Quotes took $500 from me in promise to file my unfiled taxes. To date my taxes are still unfiled and I have reached out numerous times. I am requesting my money back because now they are stating they are only investigating my case with the ***. There is no case to investigate. My taxes needed filing and I was clear about that and they were clear to file my taxes. This company is a fraud and the BBB gave them A+ rating. They are FRAUDS! America please listen to me! Do not use Tax Quotes.

I paid $600 to Tax Quotes Inc for them to do a tax investigation in filing several years of unfiled taxes. I am not a tax pro and did not know what was involved in this, but was told that there was a lot of info that was needed and it would take 4-5 weeks to accomplish this.
