We have been filing taxes with Sandra for the last 3 years. She is patient, knowledgeable and always give us the time to review our documents. She has been excellent in her services. If we have follow-up questions throughout the month during or after the tax season, she is always very responsive. We've also remotely submitted our documents and she has filed our taxes with ease. Would definitely recommend her service.
Tax plus is amazing!! The service is among the best and they are so easy to work with. Whether you go in person or submit things through their online portal, they truly make the experience so smooth and seamless! Sandra is the best and she does her best to ensure you understand every part of the process. She even sat down with my mother and broke the whole thing down in Spanish so that she could understand! Her patience is above none and I will be a returning customer for years to come🫡
By far one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. I tried someone new a women working with this company and I regret it! I filed October 2024 and no one can tell me where my tax return is. When I reach out I’m ignored or told to keep waiting. I paid this company to help me with my taxes obviously I’m not qualified but neither are they. I’m so disappointed. I still haven’t gotten my taxes from last year. I don’t recommend at all. Would give -5 stars if I could.
