Walked into the office to ask to make an appointment to have my taxes and other work done. There was no hi or hello can I help you. I wanted to know more about this business. She offered no help at all. We found the situation very odd. I guess they don't need the business. She did tell me the price of having taxes done but that was it. They just lost a future client .
Angela is awesome! I have a very complicated tax return and her attention to detail and clear instructions of what documents were needed and the timeline in which she needed them helped me stay organized. I HIGHLY recommend Angela at Taxpertise!!!

Bonnie somehow altered my return AFTER it was filed without my knowledge or consent in order to give my 1/2 of the refund to my ex husband. She filed his after mine then said HE claimed the prepayments. Not only did I not get back my 1/2, about $5,000, which Bonnie calculated, she stuck me with another almost $5,000 in HIS taxes. A Case against her is now filled. What does fiduciary mean? I paid for her.
I love Bonnie and Amanda, they have done my taxes for years and saved me tons of money but they are now impossible to contact. I recently lost access to my email account and I can't contact them to give my new email address and here it is tax time. When I try to email I get blocked by something called WORDFENCE which itself seems very fishy. They are only reachable by phone 1 am to 5 am where I live. I guess I'll be burning the midnight oil to make that phone call. Forget Facebook, I'm blocked on that too. Sorry for the bad ... read more
