They don't respond to our urgent tax clarification questions sent promptly when documents they sent us were unclear or incomplete; leaving us without completed tax forms days before April 15. We submit our forms to them in February.
Highly unprofessional. They have had my tax information for my business for nearly 6 months. It is not complete and every single time I reach out to them, they give different excuses. I’ve left voice messages and I have spoken to the secretary, they do not respond even after seven business days. This is bogus. Do not use them. Jonathan is highly unreliable, do not use him. His mother is In charge and apparently she does not care about their business.

Jonathan is excellent at his job! He provided a lot of useful advice and I will be using him to prepare our taxes going forward.
