Extremely disappointed cost me 1,021.21 penalties do to Mustafa Mustaans negligence. Wouldn't return my calls 😒 I believe he may be in the wrong profession. I'm 79 years old i have never experienced difficulty with my income tax until dealing with Taxify in Saskatoon Saskatchewan.

Extremely Disappointed – Cost Me Penalties Due to Their Negligence I filed my taxes with Taxify Canada on April 30, 2025 and trusted them to complete the submission. Unfortunately, I later discovered my taxes weren’t filed for nearly 3 months due to their internal error. As a result, I was charged $74.88 in late filing penalties and interest by the CRA.
