I had a flat tire from a nail at 4:10pm on a Friday back in April. I tried going to a DIFFERENT shop a block away but they wouldn’t help since they were closing in a hour (they said they were busy, but come on, a flat tire doesn’t take that long. It felt like they just couldn’t be bothered with a small, but crucial repair). I tried calling Toyota downtown dealer and they were trying to give me an appointment for 4 days later 😂 .
