Disgusting customer service! They entered my bank details incorrectly, and when I tried to call them, they didn’t answer my calls for four days. I called more than twice in one go each time. I even called them after I had already updated my bank details myself, but they still didn’t pick up. I had to go there in person to fix it, and instead of apologising, they showed attitude. In the end, I realised I had already fixed it myself — they didn’t do anything. So unprofessional!
I'm a regular customer with Tax Genius and highly recommend using their services. They are very helpful, explain everything in detail and respond quickly. I'm happy with their services each time I have approached them and would go again the next time.
Please don’t ever do the tax return from this place. The Indian guy is very rude, unprofessional and over smart
