Personable, easy to get ahold of, and as bonus, an Enrolled Agent (EA) as well as a CPA. An enrolled agent means they are specifically recognized by the IRS as being highly competent to complete taxes. I contacted him to do my current year's taxes about 4 weeks before they were due.
