I have to edit my review, and that is very unfortunate. This is not a critique of her character as a person, because she is kind-hearted. Her work ethic, on the other hand, is immensely subpar. She is fully communicative when you contact her to request a service, but once that service is paid for, good luck getting a response from her. Ana Cuadra is absolutely amazing! She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail of my taxes, making the entire process smooth and completely stress-free. Her professionalism, expertise, and friendly approach truly stand out. I couldn’t be happier with her service—she is simply the best! Highly recommend!
Made an appointment through her website. Easy enough. Her office address is IMPOSSIBLE to find. 80 SW 8th street , the enterance is on 9th street! She has a shared Regus office which is OK... When I asked the receptionist to let her know I was there he said She was NOT IN and they hadn't seen her in a few days. TOTAL waste of time, GROSSLY unprofessional.
