Made an appointment through her website. Easy enough. Her office address is IMPOSSIBLE to find. 80 SW 8th street , the enterance is on 9th street! She has a shared Regus office which is OK... When I asked the receptionist to let her know I was there he said She was NOT IN and they hadn't seen her in a few days. TOTAL waste of time, GROSSLY unprofessional. My mother in law went to do her taxes and Ana did her taxes wrong. We called her so many times and tried to reach out to her but she would ignore our calls and block our numbers. NEVER COME HERE!
