Terrible attitude from the gentleman who answered, understandable they are “at full capacity” but unwillingly to help a local resident out with a question of direction is a little pathetic. Seems like there is another similar review so I’m glad to know it’s a consistent thing. Some people need to leave their misery at home and not work. Edit: I called HR Block and a desk lady helped me and answered my question in less than 5 minutes.
Extremely unprofessional, rude and arrogant Accountant (I’m not the only one who thinks so). I’ve been seeing this man for years and every single year his patience and tone of voice gets more and more condescending. I asked for advice and he talks to you like he’s thinks he’s better than you. Book an appointment and you’ll find out yourself. I’ve finally had enough - will never be back. In regards to Andrew’s reply, you can find his arrogant email replies in the screenshots attached.
The best accountant ever. I have sent so many friends and professionals to him for both business and personal taxes because I trust his expertise.
Spoke with Andrew today. He is very to the point and a good person ! He will be quite frank with you and tell you like it is, however, my returns are always perfect at the end of the tax season and usually get a good return.
