When the woman who had done my taxes for years retired and sold the business, the new owner disappeared--with all the files. Friends referred me to Valjoseph Zamora, at Tax Ace, and he helped me through the mess of trying to reconstruct required documents, and etc. He and his wife run the business, and they are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful--especially for someone who is not very computer literate. I cannot even put into words how much I appreciate them!
Joe and Nataly are the greatest. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, always looking out for my best interests in saving taxes where I can - and they are very easy to get along with. I highly recommend TaxAce.
Found TaxAce while at the business next door. So happy I walked in to inquire!!! I've been using H&R for years, (but never completely satisfied there - as they did bare minimum and seem, well,, myopic).
