They are awful! We took our taxes in 1st week of April 2024 They said we would have an extension We said ok But now it’s August 22,2024 Still nothing We have called they NEVER answer there phone , left messages Automated message says they only open on Tuesday and Thursdays Sew we stopped in No one is there We left a note No response Hello people We need our tax returns done and posted!! Very , very, unhappy Not sure what happened we have been using them for years No more Steve and Robin Burch

We filed our taxes with this business and dropped off paperwork ahead of the deadline. They proceeded to file them late and despite telling us the opposite, did so without proper exception. When we were billed $150 in fees, they said they’d take care of it but they never did. I was unable to get in contact with anyone from the office to follow up.
