Was going to write a paragraph but just read all the other 1 stars reviews. Same stuff across the board. Doesn’t answer or return calls is a big one.
They are awful! We took our taxes in 1st week of April 2024 They said we would have an extension We said ok But now it’s August 22,2024 Still nothing We have called they NEVER answer there phone , left messages Automated message says they only open on Tuesday and Thursdays Sew we stopped in No one is there We left a note No response Hello people We need our tax returns done and posted!! Very , very, unhappy Not sure what happened we have been using them for years No more Steve and Robin Burch
