We have been going to Sandra for almost 10 years now and absolutely love her! I recommend her to people often. I did read some of the other reviews and yes, sometimes you wait a little while even with an appointment during busy tax season, but when its your turn to talk to Sandra you are not rushed and she takes her time to go over everything with you. I was better off using turbo tax and getting back "12 dollars" from somewhere else than giving Norma my money. They should ask for a deposit when booking an appointment. Deposit is $150 but I was asked to pay all together with the rest of the payment. Not how a deposit works btw. Maybe then i wouldn't have felt like giving her my $385 was not so much but anyways they did not want to give me my money back after not wanting to file with them anymore.
