I will never go back here. This lady did 2years taxes for my husband and charged us for both but only filed one of them. I wrote her a check for both she waited two months to cash the check, we should have had our refund by then, it took five months to get our refund because it was being held for a mistake made by the tax preparer. DO NOT file your taxes here!! I paid them to do my taxes for 2018. Come to find out they never even filed them! I call them constantly I even left voicemails never have I once have received a call back.
Do not use this tax service. After doing my taxes, they completely messed up my income and caused the state of Georgia to thing I owed almost $1,000 more than I actually did. After reaching out to them to correct this issue, they went completely silent! Never heard from them again. It ended up costing me $300 more out of pocket to get my taxes done correctly using another service. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
