I brought original supporting documents for tax filing, after I realized I didn't get the supporting document back, I called them and they said they didn't have it, I explained to them the document was original, the lady said oh it was simple call the courthouse to get it. Really, you lost my paperwork and just told me to get it replaced by myself??? Not a single apology. So messy and unprofessional
