I was helped in a very Timely matter. Got me a appointment. I was very impressed. Also they were very nice.
The lady booked mine and my husband's appointment for 4 pm then when I arrived 10 minutes early she rushed me into the office because she booked herself another appointment at 430. She didn't know the answers to any of my questions. Couldn't figure out how to properly input my children for the child tax credit or about write offs. Basically all around very unhelpful.
I called with just some random questions (because getting the IRS on the line is impossible) and she took her time to answer all of them, in a nice and professional manner. I will definitely recommend friends and family to this place.
