I had a very bad experience here with Joy Brown. I could not receive my estimated amount and was over charged. I also notice there was self preparer on some of my papers. I would highly advise other locations. She is no longer there from what the manager said. Please be aware at all times here. She was a referral from a family member but it was not worth her trying to amend my taxes after she had messed me up,shorted me,& asking what I was doing with MY tax return. I haven't received anything about a date in im confused on how my information is being told to Someone else in no one has spoken with me or returned any calls or text to me about my refund.. The IRS seems to not even have a date or record of my taxes being filed that's not good for business.. I've have been referring people to this places in now I'm an regret about filing with this service because of the lack of communication is very unprofessional to me and I'm pretty sure many others...
