This TAX company was rude and very unprofessional then hung up on me. After explaining my tax needs and filing requirements the owner exasperated the complexity of my return and basically told me that trying to file two or three schedule E's in different states was way to complicated and told me my return would cost over $1,000. He then said his company wasn't going to help me and then rudely hung up the phone. Other tax prepares have prepared my taxes with no issues in the past. My husband and I just had our taxes done by this company. We were very pleased with the results. We are military and we were walked through all of the deductions that we were allowed to have and received a nice refund. This is so much better than waiting in line on post. The staff is friendly and the office is clean. Randy and Jay were very personable and we felt comfortable with them handling our tax issues.
