Unprofessional and poor customer service as evidenced by a client bringing a concern to their attention and their response is "what do you want us to do about it". Carol missed a filing deadline even though there was an extension that particular tax year, failed to inform the client, and then took no accountability when she was approached about the issue. Numerous problems with service and my returns during last 3 years - no communication, phone calls and emails not returned, very slow turnaround time (7 weeks), inaccurate information, and now I get a letter from the IRS stating they haven't even received my federal return from 3 years ago. This is NOT an efficient company. There were even more problems I'm not mentioning here.
Carol has done our taxes the past 2 years. She has been very professional. She had them done very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend her and her team.
