Numerous problems with service and my returns during last 3 years - no communication, phone calls and emails not returned, very slow turnaround time (7 weeks), inaccurate information, and now I get a letter from the IRS stating they haven't even received my federal return from 3 years ago. This is NOT an efficient company. There were even more problems I'm not mentioning here.
Carol has done our taxes the past 2 years. She has been very professional. She had them done very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend her and her team.
