Small no-nonsense office. Carol is sharp. She attends all of tax seminars and knows every deduction or credit and how to use them to lower my taxes. Her assistant Lisa is on top of it too. Been using her for 10 years and I'm impressed every single year. Her assistant Lisa is great and always very helpful.

Unprofessional and poor customer service as evidenced by a client bringing a concern to their attention and their response is "what do you want us to do about it". Carol missed a filing deadline even though there was an extension that particular tax year, failed to inform the client, and then took no accountability when she was approached about the issue. Numerous problems with service and my returns during last 3 years - no communication, phone calls and emails not returned, very slow turnaround time (7 weeks), inaccurate information, and now I get a letter from the IRS stating they haven't even received my federal return from 3 years ago. This is NOT an efficient company. There were even more problems I'm not mentioning here.
