The worst office we’ve ever worked with. We’ve been trying to resolve a tax payment issue for over a year, and it keeps getting postponed month after month. The latest penalty we received was over $2,000 — and $1,000 of that is simply for the delay caused over the year. Every time we call the office, we’re told, “She will call you back tomorrow,” but it’s been over two weeks and no one has reached out. This feels like complete irresponsibility and disregard for clients.
