As a female rights and community leader, I am deeply concerned. A female member of our community worked and has not been paid for weeks. No accountability. No urgency. No resolution. I'M BEYOND FRUSTRATED, THIS COMPANY EMPLOYEES CALLS ME ALL DAY, NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEIR CSR. I HAVE ASKED AND BLOCKED THEIR ##. I HAVE ASKED SEVERAL TIMES, PLEASE STOP CALLING ME, PUT ME ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST. NOTHING!! NOW ITS HARRASSMENT AND IM MOVING TO THE NEXT STEP ACCORDING TO MY CONSUMERS RIGHTS AND THE FTC.
We had a very disappointing experience with Tax Resolution Plus. Financial obligations were not fulfilled as agreed, and communication has been extremely poor. The owner, Shawn Zali, has been unresponsive despite multiple follow-ups and has not honored the terms of our written, signed agreement. We are particularly concerned about the treatment of a team member who provided services and has not been compensated for several weeks despite ongoing work. Horrific experience with this company. Incompetent in client skills owner Shawn totally not available. They get your money and hide. Total scam do not hire these people. They get your payment upfront did absolutely nothing for me only persons to answer the phone is the front dest every agent has totally disappeared. They promise help and resolve nothing. I guess the owner name is Shawn if he exists he hides like a total coward instead of handling the problem.
