In 2014 I requested the firm for home property tax protest. After reviewing my information, owner informed me that home is appraised appropriately by Austin CAD (which never happens). I got the feeling they were not looking for any new business or something. After that I went with another Austin firm and they were able to lower my appraised value by $65,000. I would be very hesitant doing business with them.
