Janeen is horrible at communicating. I had an issue this tax year which was my fault, and I owned it. She lacked basic customer service skills and then tried to cancel our relationship based on this one small issue. After 15+ years of doing business together. I'd steer clear of these guys!
I don’t know what I would do without Janeen. Every year that tax season rolls around, I get stressed out, but then I get all my info to Janeen and she takes care of the rest. And she does it all for an extremely fair price. It feels like such a VIP service and would gladly pay so much more for how much she takes off my plate every year. She’s always very friendly and informative and happy to answer all my stupid questions. I will be a client for life!
Janeen L. is my hero!! Had some fraud happen and she was more than helpfull. I walked out of her office feeling peace that I had someone on my side to help. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with her. I will be working with her for years to come. Thanks for being absolutely amazing!!
This is honestly the first time I've ever left a review because I'm so unhappy with my experience. The secretary is so unprofessional the 3 phone calls I've had with her she was very short and rude and demeaning. I know they are busy during tax season but I had sent several emails over several weeks with no response so I called to ask a question and I was attacked.
