Monica, you know that isn't true. We have been out several times for the roof and are in the process of getting it quoted. Before you moved in the previous roof had destroyed the ceilings upstairs.Last year you got a new bathroom. We poured a slab for a new garage, but with the economy ramp up, we were not able to build and now the virus has contractors at home making more on unemployment.
We went through the application process, was approved, shown a house and put a deposit down on it and the same day we put the deposit down we got a message stating that we needed to pick up our deposit because of our backgrounds and employment. mind you now we have nothing on our backgrounds and make 5x the rent. so if you try to rent from these people be very careful.
RecommendedTax Lien Properties bought the property I had been renting for several years. I was nervous because I had been through a couple not so great landlords, but they were amazing. Always got back to me right away, fixed everything right away, Jim was always polite, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of. I had nothing but good experiences, only moved out because I relocated for work. Would definitely rent from them again if I moved back to Freeport.

I would rate them a zero if I could I contacted the manager for 2 weeks about two House I was told one got stole so I wanted the other one he took me around Freeport looking at them just to give me my money back the following day ‼️ Good luck too anyone else ⭐️
Spoke With The Manager About Renting and Was Told He Wouldn't Rent To Me And My Fiance Because WE ARE FROM CHICAGO AND ANYBODY FROM CHICAGO IS HERE TO SELL DRUGS So good Luck! Wow that's Not How U Talk To Anybody That was Very Rude And Wrong To Say To Someone�

Awesome that you have properties at prices people can afford. That would give a five. So many people have pets now. Excluding us from decent priced places is not awesome. I love my cats and love having a dog to protect my family. They are trained but since there are ones that do not train their pets, us who do get punished. I need to find a nice home for my family at a decent rent. Seems impossible these days. My pets are a part of my family. Maybe increase the deposit to accommodate people with pets??

So sad that they don't work with pets!
