I was supposed to receive a $500 refund from TLA, and because of President’s Day I was asked to be patient and expect my refund by Wednesday February 19th. Here we are, an entire week later, no refund. I am sick and tired of being lied to by Reem and Crystal, sick and tired of empty promises, and sick and tired of playing their waiting games, as more and more time goes by, and more and more money is withdrawn from my account. RUN AWAY before it’s too late! COMPLETE SCAM!!! What a sick joke.

I hate to hear that you others had issues because I've had no problems with my caseworker Stephanie was very well responsive and getting things done. It took 10 months but not their fault most of it was dealing and waiting on the IRS well spent money highly recommend them
They went inside my checking account and removed $200.00 when I told them not to. I called my bank and talked to the fraud unit to see if I can get my money back. Was I scammed?
Complete and total scam! They took all of our payments, kept asking for more and more documents. Didn't respond to calls and emails, then asked for more and more documents and have offered no resolution assistance. We also had a different person handling out case every time we were able to contact them. Save your time and money!
They have done nothing with my account, they don't return phone calls, they just take your money.
