Let me start by saying YES - PICK TAX HOUSE MIAMI!!! I know absolutely nothing about taxes — like, zero. I have file my taxes myself MISERABLY for the MANY years - I contacted Tax House Miami fully prepared to be judged, instead I got Ozzie, the most patient human ALIVE!! If i could give a 0 i would. I have never been treated worse by an organization. They have repeatedly lied and refuse to take accountability for their actions. Basically me and my business partner approached Gustavo Rodriguez a few years ago to set up an S corp for us. He instead set up a C corp. Diego the assistant Has lied to me repeatedly about speaking to Gustavo, Natalie has lied to me and told me she would get me the required documents. Basically just a thread of lying to me and broken promises. Never use them.

I have been with them for many years but this year it has been very aggravating. My simple taxes were not done properly. I have to spend so much time talking to the IRS and they don’t even care. Spoke to the owner of the company and he was extremely rude. They treated me like they were paying me to do the taxes. I did spend $450 for my taxes.
