Great service TaxHelp.space in Montreal, but they seem to be a different company though. However , five stars!
I want to clarify that TAX-HELP business is completely separate from TaxHELP.space, a Montreal-based online tax service that I've come across. In my experience, they're two distinct companies with their own unique approaches to tax preparation.
Since Sugey took over this company the service has gone to garbage. She does not respond calls or messages. She is travelling all the time and neglects her business and clients. She obviously does not care and it is also very incompetent. She makes lots of mistakes in the documents despite you giving her all the details. She failed to submit a corporate tax for 2018 for which I paid her and now my corporate returns are being withheld due to her incompetence. Dont go there if you want your taxes done. If you want to pay and NOT get anything done then I'd say go waste your money!!! Tryed to contact by phone, email, & text. No response from either. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
