I used to swear by Tax Guys but these past 2 years he has been negligent with my Taxes. After WEEKS of him having them he never made any progress. I went to another Tax professional and had my taxes done within 48 hours. I don't recommend using Tax Guys until he gets more staff and greatly improves his communication.
