Absolute scumbags work here. PLEASE READ! My very first experience was okay, but this last time was truly awful. I was given a ton of misinformation, and Felix straight up lied to me, while taking nearly $500 of my money for something I could've done on TurboTax FOR FREE. He claimed to have saved me over $1200, but I was shown the exact same amount of a return when I inputted my information on TurboTax. So, I was out $500 for nothing!
