Went there to get helped in my taxes, ended up getting a lady with attitude because I didn’t have some of the info on me (while I was literally trying to figure it out myself) . Ended up wanting to leave the place because she was so annoyed and I felt so uncomfortable, then the lady asked me to pay her 200-300 dollars for 1hr that she never filled anything just typed like 2-3 numbers, I ended up paying her 100 still for the “time”, honestly felt scammed. Never going to this place again horrible first experience.
Was successfully able to file with them this year! We handled everything over the phone. It was quick and I’m extremely happy with my outcome. SUPER EASY!
Every year they charge me $100 more , im up to $400 just for them to prep my taxes.. im getting someone else next year. Overpriced service
