Shady company. I would rate them negative stars if i could. They overly charge for filing taxes. Almost 800 dollars. They then received money from the state of Michigan under my name deposited it into a green dot card. I now have the state trying to garnish me funds that i never received. They are now not answering the phone and also they don't have a customer service number at all. There is no way to get in contact with these people. They are RIP OFF ARTISTS.
I came to Tax Giant off a referral from my sister. It was my first time ever getting my taxes done and I must say from start to finish, the entire process was amazing. I called inquiring about service and reached Jessica who was professional and nice on the phone, I scheduled a time and the building was clean and Jessica was awesome! She was able to get me a return and I was in and out! I highly recommend Tax Giant
Jessica was amazing, she helped me with my 2024 taxes and got me in the same day, very flexible with scheduling and sweet! bonus she is bilingual which really means alot!
Dee and Jessica were both so sweet. Dee got me the max back and she was informative about things I didn’t understand.
