Unprofessional. If you wanna pay 800+ for filing simple taxes this is the place to go too. They tell you 250 plus system fees , they never tell you the system fees is 500+. They know right then and there how much you will be paying and dont tell you the exact price. Came in to talk about it and was told you already signed ohhh well. NEVER going there again and you shouldnt either .
The lady I had ain't know what she was doing she had to kept on asking questions to the other lady. Plus the lady I had smell heavily of cigarettes because she just done smoking. I couldn’t stand the smell and my kid kept coughing because the smell. I believe I got scam to because how did I only get 85 dollars back on state and 25 on city and owe over 3k all together on both state and taxes and she charge me 350. It makes no sense.
Jessica is such an amazing caring woman so blessed to come back to her every year.
Shady company. I would rate them negative stars if i could. They overly charge for filing taxes. Almost 800 dollars. They then received money from the state of Michigan under my name deposited it into a green dot card. I now have the state trying to garnish me funds that i never received. They are now not answering the phone and also they don't have a customer service number at all. There is no way to get in contact with these people. They are RIP OFF ARTISTS.
I came to Tax Giant off a referral from my sister. It was my first time ever getting my taxes done and I must say from start to finish, the entire process was amazing. I called inquiring about service and reached Jessica who was professional and nice on the phone, I scheduled a time and the building was clean and Jessica was awesome! She was able to get me a return and I was in and out! I highly recommend Tax Giant
