Awful experience. Gave us an estimated payment that was thousands of dollars off. Multi-state taxes filed incorrectly resulting in significantly higher payments. Eventually just stopped responding to emails from me or my partner without ever resolving the issue for us. We ended up going to another tax filer who noted the numerous mistakes and salvaged some of the damage done.
Lorna and Webster are by far the best tax professionals I had an opportunity to work with. I've been to various other tax offices, and used software such as Turbo Tax in the past, but the human touch of their office was able to save me thousands when others were telling me differently.
