Very unresponsive to calls in regards to queries or letters received from the IRS. Individual tax returns are packed with unnecessary forms that are unrelated to certain individual tax return. Their explanation for the additional forms - this is part of our system stack which we can not control and are processed regardless - which in my opinion, it runs the bill higher !!
