I rarely have a good experience at this facility. I usually have to make two appointments because their requirements for various service are not clearly spelled out anywhere. They are very inflexible in their thinking. They have my DD-214 from when I finally got my license with the veteran’s designation on it, but insisted I produce it again when trying to get veteran plates for my vehicle.
