Wait was too long. We didn't have an appointment because we had the type of situation that doesn't require an appointment, and previously had handled the same kind of situation here in a brief time. However, other people without appointments were called before us. Because of that, we waited 45 minutes before seeing a clerk (other people without appointments only waited a few minutes).
