I want to share my experience with this tax preparer so others can be aware. Unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating. I was given incorrect information on two separate appointments, which created confusion and wasted my time. On top of that, I was scheduled for an appointment on a specific day, only to be told later that no appointment was actually in the system.
