We have used Caren for years and have been very satisfied. She has done a great job keeping up with our complicated taxes. We had some issues contacting the office but she rectified that as soon as she was made aware.

I have used them numerous years and noticed the lack of responsiveness but over looked it since it was a once a year problem. We not use them again, they filed my 2019 business taxes late, which caused a penalty, after numerous calls, text and emails they finally responded. I gave them 1 star since they did agree to pay the late penalty, after the IRS threatened to seize my property.
