I had an excellent experience with for my tax consulting and filing(HIRAL). Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me maximize my deductions, and made the entire process stress-free. Filing was quick, accurate, and efficient.
I have sent all my details on email including T4 but still they have been very poor with their communication over the email. Never ever had this experience with ma consultant in past 4 years.
UNPROFESSIONAL! This office will waste your time without any regard. My husband and I had a 4:30 PM appointment, arrived on time, and were left waiting for OVER AN HOUR with ZERO updates. The receptionist couldn’t care less, never checked on us, and didn’t bother giving any information on how much longer we’d have to wait. We’ve been loyal customers for years.
