Tawna is amazing! Not only is she smart and thorough, she's just an incredibly decent, compassionate human. She also knows her stuff! At the first house she showed us, she disappeared for a second--she was in the CRAWL SPACE checking on the age of the furnace. Truly I can't say enough good things about her.
