The only dealer that actually new exactly how to get the vehicle of your choice. Hertriche and I.G. Burton had absolutely no clue how to navigate a Build and Buy , even manager's were absolutely clue less. I would drive 4 hours if I had to, just to deal with Tawes Brothers. Thank you for your top shelf customer service.
We took our van in for a safety inspection. While it did fail, that's not their fault. It helped us make the decision to just get a new one. The staff here are amazing, especially Roger and Will. They are kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. They gave us a ride home while we waited, and told us, to call them if anything needed explaining. I'd also highly suggest taking a look at their main showroom. Their vehicles are a blast from the past.
I booked for U-Joint replacement and an oil change and lube. Yalls over filled the oil I checked. Red flag. Also I had a second opinion on the problem I thought I had, the U-joints. Yalls told Me I had a bad rear differential (rear end), the other garage fixed the U-joints and all good. I have found a new mechanic I can trust (wink wink). Goodbye Tawes.
