Dr. Crystal is fantastic. Shes super passionate about what she does. Never rushed, and always willing to explain.
Now Tawas Bay Eye Care Under Dr. Crystal Ruemenapp, OD. They are very easy to work with. Fairly priced. Friendly Staff. Dr. Crystal is caring and knowledgeable while taking both an old and new school approach to her practice which is a great adaptation in/for eye care. She has always provided me with honest opinions and knowledgeable Recommendations and Information.
I cut my eye on Sunday night and took Monday off to see a doctor. Nowhere had a doctor in on Monday except here. I'm so grateful they got me right in! And for an out-of-pocket emergency visit, it was VERY reasonable. I can't say enough. They don't accept my insurance but I'll gladly come back for my routine eyes exam just because they were so accomodating.
They repaired my eye glasses on the spot with a friendly smile. Excellent service!
