He replaced my left hip with a ceramic hip replacement, due to the fact I'm allergic to metal..I will forever be grateful to him for relieving my pain. This surgery was at the end of 2013. No problems. Now my right hip is hurting from ostheoarthrits.
Not good at all. Would not go back much less recommend him to anyone that is in need of a joint replacement
Bedside manner was terrible and I was not satisfied with the visit.
Dr. Tawakkol replaced both of my hips. I can’t express how comfortable I felt talking with him, him explaining and answering my questions. I felt he was attentive, compassionate and involved. I HIGHLY recommend him!!
Although I informed the doctor about the metal pieces I had in my body and asked not to be sent for an MRI, he wanted to verify that by making me go through an X-Ray. On top of that, asked for another appointment just to "verify" that I cannot go through MRI due to the metal pieces in my body - which I told him about already. All for extra office visit money and some shady lab referrals? Not going back.
Excellent service. He actually listened to me & helped me. Then went a couple steps further to ease my mind about something I was very stressed out about. Would recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!
