People that work at Tavros are petty. I am a tenant of theirs and their Property Manager took 4 days to repair my A/C at the absolute height of the recent heatwave. I would have installed my own AC units but the windows won’t accommodate them. I was very worried about my dog’s health — my unit was uninhabitable. Tavros declined to give me a rental credit for the days I suffered sweltering heat. I was courteous and polite the entire time. I wish they could have done the right thing.
